General Manager

Ralph has been involved in the plastic packaging industry for over 35 years, starting with James Sephton Plastics as an estimator for the blow moulded bottle business. He subsequently joined Signum Specialities where he was involved with sales and production, then managing the fabricating division in Hallam. He was then appointed Manager of Enhance Packaging before coming full circle when Clear-pak Australia bought this business in 2006. At Clear-pak Ralph is responsible for estimating, design, sales, production planning, purchasing and factory management as well as being responsible for Occupational Health & Safety.
